What if my support ticket can't be resolved?

Most commonly problems can be resolved quickly and easily using the support portal. If the problem needs further investigation the support agent may arrange a phone call or a remote session to look into the issue. 
If the issue is due to a bug in the software, it will be entered into the bug tracking system and you will be contacted when an update is available that resolves the issue.
